– Credit History: A credit check will be performed. A score of 600 or higher is preferable, but other factors may be considered.
– Rental History: A verifiable rental history with no prior evictions or outstanding balances from previous landlords is required.
– Identification: Valid government-issued ID (Driver’s License, Passport, etc.).
– Background Check: A criminal background check will be conducted.
3. Complete the Application:
– Once you’ve selected the property you are interested in, click the “Apply Now” button located on the specific property page.

4. Fill Out the Application Form:
