As the new owner of Smith Management Group, Jason Malone, along with your dedicated property manager, Olivia Moyer, will be working together to ensure that your experience remains seamless. We deeply appreciate the foundation Chelsea Smith built, and we aim to continue it by maintaining the same thoughtful, efficient, and high-quality service. Rest assured, we understand what property owners value most—saving money, working efficiently, providing transparent and effective communication, and keeping your properties running smoothly.
To share a little about ourselves:
Jason Malone: Born and raised here on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Jason owned a successful home-building company for 25 years before transitioning to site work full time starting the foundation for new developments and other projects. His extensive business experience and strong network of connections in the real estate world make him uniquely equipped to lead Smith Management Group into this exciting new chapter.
Olivia Moyer: Like Jason, Olivia is also an Eastern Shore native. She previously worked for Jason in his building company before pursuing a full-time career in real estate as a Realtor®. Olivia has developed a deep understanding of property ownership and the nuances of the real estate market. As your primary point of contact moving forward, Olivia is committed to delivering exceptional service with care and attention to detail.
