How to Pay Your Rent
We prefer you make your rent payments online. However, you are more than welcome to drop your rent off in our secure lockbox located beside the front door of our office at 31414 Winterplace Pkwy Salisbury, MD 21804 in the form of check or money order. Please note that all rent payments are due on the first of the month. Late fees will be applied starting on the 6th. We are pleased to offer online payment options through our tenant portal using the software Appfolio. If you need a new link to the portal or cannot remember your login information, please contact us, and we will assist you in gaining access.
In Case of Emergency
In case of a true emergency, please call 911 first. Once you have done so, please reach out to us. For all maintenance requests please submit through the work orders feature on your tenant portal. Rest assured that all non-emergency issues will be addressed as soon as possible.
